They were so responsive, so easy to work with!

They were so responsive, so easy to work with! Joanne even made a special visit out to our venue to discuss the exact location of the tent & dance floor. Their recommendations were spot-on, their equipment was spotless and beautiful. From the chairs to the tent to the dance floor, everything was flawless and blended in beautifully with our wedding. Their prices were fair, and the service was excellent. Thank you for everything!

Keep up the great work and the great service!

We had a backyard party for 80 people and CT Rental Center did a great job. We ordered everything through Dawn, and the delivery set-up and pick-up crew headed up by Garrett were all great. They made the rental experience easy and stress-free, from tables, chairs, linens, a tent, plus many other items that we ordered. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND THE GREAT SERVICE!

Connecticut Rental Center does much more than just tents!

Connecticut Rental does much more than just tents, and they do it all exceptionally well. They are that rare (these days) business that is also your neighbor, with a level of service that is absent in the "Monster/Mega/Big Box" retail service world.

We were blown away by her compassion, ideas and helpfulness!

Connecticut Rental Center came highly recommended from many of our vendors, so we ventured there, feeling totally overwhelmed with the prospect of planning every detail of our wedding. Cathie Giuffrida greeted us at the door and we had an instant connection, she "got us" she made us feel at ease and walked us through each decision with precision. We were blown away by her compassion, ideas and helpfulness. It truly felt like we were working with a sister who was highly invested in our special day being magnificent. There was a wide variety of really cool items to customize our day from the large farm tables, benches, red velvet sofa to the vintage salt and pepper shakers! Cathie even spoke with us after the wedding and told us she was praying for good weather for us that evening. Thanks in large part to Cathie and her incredible partnership with us, our day was everything we dreamed it could be. We could not have done it without Cathie and Connecticut Rental Center.

If you have any parties or occasions, don't go to anyone else- CT Rental Center is number 1!

I haven't had a chance to give them a review yet but I'm so happy I finally had the chance to do so! They did my engagement party in my backyard and what can I say they did a phenomenal job. Everything was on point and the staff was more than friendly. If you have any parties or occasions don't go to anyone else these people are number 1. I had about 250 people and every single one of them was left flawless!!!!!

Wonderful to work with

The team at CT Rental Center was wonderful to work with. Their products were in perfect shape for the event, they were able to make any and all adjustments based on our preferences for the wedding and were able to make suggestions based on details of the venue (a farm), number of guests, and the vibes we wanted for the evening!

I recommend this company for all your wedding rentals!

The staff at Connecticut Rental were such a huge help in our wedding planning. I mainly worked with two ladies. The first really helped us figure out an effective floor plan for our tiny venue. She also put together our initial rental list. She ended up moving on from the company and another lady, Judy, became my main contact. She was equally nice and knowledgeable about the products they offer. She helped us figure out an effective rain plan (which really came in handy) and work out some other details with table cloths, etc. Overall, I recommend this company for all your wedding rentals!

Great service throughout the process

CT rental center provided vintage lounge furniture for my wedding last month! Great service throughout the process, especially as we live pretty far from the center itself and did most of the planning online. They were very flexible with drop off and pickup which allowed for us to make this happen and we so much appreciate it!

- Michelle K

Great for rentals

Cathie was fantastic to work with! From day one she was there for all my questions about tent type, table layout, dance floor size... you name it! She also calmed me when I had a brief panic that we hadn't gotten a big enough tent, walking me through the layout and making sure I was comfortable with what we had ordered. The rentals arrived at the venue promptly and worked out beautifully. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this company over and over

I am getting married in my parents' backyard and I just want to say I would recommend this company over and over. The crew that came to deliver my wedding tent/tables/chairs/dance floor were extremely efficient, friendly, and kind. Can not believe how well they worked together. They also set up early, allowing me more time to set up and plan and take away my nerves. So grateful!

- Kate V.

The crew that delivered was terrific!

Riley was excellent and I appreciated him coming out before the delivery to look at yard, discuss layout, sprinklers and make suggestions. He's great - hold onto him! The crew that delivered was terrific! They were prompt, did a nice job with tent, tables, chairs & other rental items. They managed to get it all done right before it rained. I will use you for all events - even smaller ones.

My whole experience with CT Rental was 100% Positive, easy, and simple!

My whole experience with CT rental center was %100 positive, easy and simple. We had an outdoor wedding in my parents backyard and did a lot of it DIY- they had all kinds of stuff to meet our needs. Our sales rep Cathie was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She came and did a site visit and had suggestions for the layout and was able to give us a sample layout to start with as well. Every single time I would email Cathie a question she would get back to me almost instantly- it really put my mind at ease. The delivery guys who set up and took down our tent were incredibly professional, nice and helpful. They even showed up early because I had mentioned that I was concerned about having time for the rehearsal on the same day as the tent set-up. One of the biggest parts of having an outdoor wedding is the tent, and you want people who are reliable and helpful and who you can trust. The last thing you want is to be unsure and worried about what is going to happen. I'm so glad I found CT rental- they're the best!

Great Service

Connecticut Rental Center had great service. They were very patient with us as we updated our order, and added and removed things throughout the process. They mailed us samples of table cloth, and napkin colors, and tried to get us the items that we really wanted. They also have a WIDE variety of items to rent, perfect for any wedding event. We used them for all of our rental needs as our location had nothing fancy to use to make it feel like a wedding. On the day of set up, the crew was patient as I described how I wanted everything set up. They were also very timely. A really pleasant company to deal with!

Many years of consistent, kind, patient, professional experiences

This happy review covers many, many years of consistent, kind, patient, professional experiences with the whole team, especially with Cathie G as the creative and committed collaborator that I treasure! Her instincts are spot-on and I've been so grateful for her flexibility, accessibility, communications, and wisdom. She cares about the success of events and also protects participants with varying perspectives so no one is compromised, from event consultant to client to the hardworking set up and breakdown crews. After nearly one hundred events together, I can safely say that Cathie G and the whole CT Rental Center team and family (standing ovations and a big shout out to Tom and Garrett and Dawn, too!) are amazing, trustworthy, and have a place in my heart as I complete my time in the wedding world and move into a new chapter! Thank you, CT Rental Center...and thank you, Cathie, for becoming a planning friend and ally and for never making fun of me for not remembering the names of all the tablecloth colors!

Would recommend Connecticut Rental Center to anyone looking for party rentals!

We rented from Connecticut Rental Center both for my outdoor wedding and backyard Jack and Jill party in the summer of 2019. The Jack and Jill setup was smooth, and they were very accommodating of our needs. Our wedding set up was absolutely gorgeous! The tent was so beautiful, and was decorated just the way I imagined it. We were able to rent everything: tables, chairs, linens, dishes, crates and lights for decoration, and so much more. They thought of every little detail that we would need for the wedding and reception, and made sure nothing was left out. They were also able to give good suggestions about styles that would match our wedding theme and color scheme. They were flexible when we needed to make some changes up to the last minute, and the team was professional and knowledgable when setting up the equipment. We were very happy with our decision, and would recommend Connecticut Rental Center to anyone looking for party rentals!

I could not have been happier with CT Rental Center!

For my wedding on May 2, 2015 we rented the Wadsworth Tent (with liner) and a dance floor, and I could not have been happier with CRC. They were very accommodating, quick to reply to my emails, and gave me no problems with setup or teardown. I would recommend CRC to anyone getting married at Wadsworth because they are the only ones that offer the custom tent, which fits the patio perfectly and allows for full use of all the doors.

Highly professional, quality company

Every time I go there I'm greeted by the nicest people. It is by far the most immaculate and impressive show room I have ever seen. Another reason I travel father to get to CT Rental Center in Middleton is because their rates are so much better than all of the others I've checked out for the same equipment. Plus they have such a huge storage area and I believe that's why their equipment is always like new. They also have huge hangers for their tents to dry before they put them away. Highly professional, quality company with really nice people too.

Most flexible and accommodating company we have ever worked with

We rented from Connecticut Rental Center for our wedding. They were the most flexible and accommodating company we have ever worked with. We rented tents, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and our dance floor from them, and everything came exactly as we wanted it. At the start of the process, they were nice enough to set aside the tent of our choosing while we searched for our wedding venue. They also agreed to set the tent up a few days before the wedding just to make sure the area underneath the tent stayed dry. Then, when rain was in the forecast for our wedding date, we contacted CT Rental to inquire about an additional tent 3 days before the event. Without hesitation, they provided us with a perfect tent that still fit great with our wedding theme. I would highly recommend CT Rental Center to anyone in need of rental equipment of any kind.
